Teacher models Formal Greeting and correct response.

1. Students repeat as teacher orally guides them.
2. Students pair up and practice with a partner.
3. Using paper students make cards with Greetings and others with Responses to play a matching game. For this activity teachers may choose to make groups of four and that way students collaborate, build and use knowledge together.
